I have watched all Kevin Smith movies, I enjoy them a lot but I consider them guilty pleasures. Not Chasing Amy though, that film is in my top 10 favorite movies, and I am proud of it.
Despite the “fart & dick jokes” reputation, Kevin Smith’s movies actually have a heart to them.
All of that doesn’t really matter here, because the man is funny. It doesn’t matter if you watched his movies, if you hear him talk he will make you laugh. That’s what I did watching this DVD, I laughed a lot.
Smith can really talk, and he has a lot of funny stories to tell. My favorite story in this almost 4 hours DVD, is the one about Superman Lives. Makes you wonder how Hollywood makes money.
There are so many other stories, many of them not even related to his movies. Even though this was just a fixed camera on Smith talking, than occasionally panning to the audience, I was never bored during the more than 3 hours of footage.
This is a must for any Kevin Smith fan, but it can be enjoyed by anyone.
