The focus of this last part of the series seems to be how different the Trinity is, and how the other heroes and friends deal with them. As Gods they can see the big picture and heal the whole world, but they’re also blind to their own people and feelings. I wish they would just stay as Gods, but it’s obvious they’re slowly starting to listen to their loved ones (Lois is very persistent) and soon will return their normal selves. Meantime Kanjar Ro is actually helping them locate Krona and Morgaine.
The backup story explores what happened to Konvikt and Enigma after they were sent away by SPHERE. Konvikt is in his brooding mode and after a while joins the Dreambounds. Whereas the CSA are now forced to play superheroes while trying to save their own planet. But Enigma wants to recruit them. They’re gonna be the third party of the final battle.
