At the end of last issue I was afraid that the world would be repaired with just a “magic wand” gesture, and it’s basically what happens, but what lead to it was more interesting than I anticipated.
Krona is finally in front of the Worldsoul and starts asking her all sorts of questions. But the Worldsoul doesn’t understand, she only exists to experience, not for knowledge. It’s something that Krona doesn’t understand because he’s a scientist.
I must say I haven’t cared for Krona and his quest for knowledge during the series, but I was engaged by this issue’s debate between Krona and the Worldsoul.
Once the trinity shows up we’re back to action, which is good timing after all that talk. Good issue overall.
