Trinity 51

This is the issue where most if not all the plots are wrapped up. Because of that, this issue feels like a melting pot instead of a coherent story.

First we see many different scenes that somehow wrap up most characters arcs. Not only the heroes but also the “villains” of the series, like the Dreambounds.

Then the evil Trinity completely turn on each other, effectively annulling their threat to the Trinity. Enigma actually has been fighting against Morgaine for some time, but now there really is no alliance anymore. It’s a wonder they ever managed to get together in the first place.

I liked the scene about Stephie, she’s the only reason Enigma didn’t kill himself. But what did Batman do? Was that the Voidhound?

And finally the trinity is back to their normal mortal selves, I must say I missed them in the past few weeks, that Bagley page was really effective.

But there’s one last cliffhanger, the CSA is back. Again!! I hope they will be dealt with in the first few pages of next issue, giving us a quite ending, maybe with the trinity having drinks at a bar like in the first issue.
